Dries in about 45 seconds, which is a lifesaver when I'm doing my nails before bed. It does leave a slightly tacky feel for a bit longer than I'd like, but the glossy finish and the fact that it's nourishing makes up for it.
It does dry pretty fast, closer to a minute for me, but the finish isn't as glassy as I'd hoped. The retinol bit is a nice touch for nail health, though I can't say I've noticed a big brightening difference yet.
